As schools around Texas get ready for students to start up again, it’s a good time to check in - do you have the curriculum you need for health education this year? We’ve got great resources available to schools to support meeting the health education standards!

We offer two-day training online or in person, as well as curriculum manuals full of all the content you need to deliver the programs.

This trusted, 10-lesson program has been in use in Texas since 2006. Now in its 5th edition, it has all the information young people in 7th to 12th grade need to make healthy decisions about sex and relationships. Topics include:

Setting and achieving goals
Establishing personal boundaries
Understanding abstinence and contraception
Preventing sexually transmitted infections
Building healthy relationships
Navigating consent
Addressing sexting, and more!

We are proud to offer a high quality, age-appropriate puberty program for 4th to 6th graders. This groundbreaking program was made using the most recent research on adolescent development and was piloted in diverse settings, including schools and out of school time programs. The engaging program is designed to prepare youth to navigate the complex puberty years and set them up for healthy lives. Topics covered:

Building friendships
Communicating with trusted adults
Personal hygiene
Basic anatomy
Menstrual management and products
Understanding and managing emotions
Handling boundaries and rejection
