On Monday, we heard a rousing speech from President Biden. On Tuesday, Barack and Michele Obama got us fired up and ready to go. And last night, Tim Walz and his entire family touched our hearts.
Now, as we start the final day of the Democratic National Convention, we’re looking forward to hearing Kamala Harris lay out her progressive vision for the future. Will you pitch in to help us make that vision a reality?
But this week isn’t just about big keynote speeches. It’s about organizing and continuing to grow our movement — and Pramila has been laser-focused on doing just that. Yesterday she joined labor leaders to talk about our plan to ensure everyone has the right to organize and join a union:
There are even more events today, and Pramila is hard at work to keep our movement in the spotlight. Then once the convention is over, it’s back to Seattle to continue the work at home.
With just 75 days to go, Tim Walz has it right: we’ll sleep when we’re dead! Right now we have doors to knock on, phone calls to make, and conversations to have — and we’re going all out, because our democracy itself is on the line.
