Along with millions of Americans across the country, I’m following recommendations to stay at home during the COVID-19 crisis. I’m working from my home office every day and doing everything I can to help Floridians through this difficult time.
I’m also spending a lot of time with my family -- which I’m thankful for. But a family of four with two young children can only spend so much time at home together without feeling some stress!
Friends, no matter what your living situation is, our new reality is a stressful one. So I want to remind people that it’s important to take care of our mental and emotional wellbeing even while taking extra precautions to protect our physical health. Stay in touch with people you care about, exercise, and do activities you enjoy.
