John, it appears Donald Trump watched my speech at the Democratic National Convention last night… and his response was as antisemitic and hateful as you’d expect.

Here’s what I have to say about it:

Donald Trump is who he’s always been.

He’s the guy who’s routinely peddled antisemitic tropes.

He’s the guy who’s always spewed hate and division in our politics.

He’s the guy who wanted far-right extremist Doug Mastriano to have my job.

He’s the guy who’s been repeatedly rejected by the voters of Pennsylvania.

He’s the guy who, if we all get off the sidelines and do the work, is headed for another defeat this November when we elect Vice President Kamala Harris to be our next President.

Split a donation today between our team in Pennsylvania and the Harris-Walz Campaign to show Donald Trump that the people of our Commonwealth are tired of his divisiveness and endless grievances — and that we’re choosing real freedom instead.

Real freedom is what I talked about from the stage in Chicago last night, John. That’s what I’m fighting for, and it’s what Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are fighting for.

We’re fighting for an America where no matter what you look like, where you come from, who you love, or who you pray to, we accept you for who you are, and you have the opportunity to build a great life.

That’s diametrically opposite to everything Donald Trump believes. And he knows, deep down, the American people are ready to move on from his hatefulness and division, and choose a future with real freedom instead.

Let’s do the work to make sure that happens, John.
