Hi John, In recognition of World Humanitarian Day, our Unto staff sat down to discuss the challenges our field teams face as they take help and hope to the toughest places. No matter the obstacles, they remain determined to provide lifesaving aid to those who are suffering — and to share the message of Jesus with those who have never heard.

“What motivates me to do this work, and I think our partners on the field too, is to see the Great Commission fulfilled. In order for the message of Jesus to get to the toughest places, it's going to take a different paradigm. Our desire is to see God’s name proclaimed throughout the earth.” — Clint McClure, Unto VP of Field Operations “Sometimes we think of missions as this grand gesture, or someone that’s called out to live overseas, but there are so many opportunities before us. We don’t have to separate: this is humanitarian work, or this is evangelistic work. We need a holistic approach to ministry, of bringing hope to people in need.” — Anne Hendrick, Field Strategist
We are so grateful for the way our field teams tirelessly serve their communities. And together we continue to equip them with the lifesaving aid they need to access unreached people, build credibility with local authorities and increase ministry effectiveness. Let’s keep taking help and hope to the toughest places on earth — no matter what!
