With over 40,000 voters with unverified citizenship in Arizona, we could see non-citizens determine the outcome of federal elections in an important swing state. This is after 6,000 unverified voters were found in voter roles in Virginia. Hopefully the Supreme Court will act to require proof of citizenship, because Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have let millions of illegal immigrants into this country and Democrats are registering them to vote in record numbers. **Arizona is a border state we must help save this state! It's simple, ONE CITIZEN. ONE VOTE.



That's the way it's been and that's what federal law requires. However, even if the Supreme Court doesn't act, this is why I introduced the SAVE ACT - which will protect American voters and prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections.



-> **The SAVE ACT will:** <-



1. Protect American voters in all states.



2. Prevent the 30+ MILLION illegal aliens from voting and dictating election outcomes.



3. Mandate proof of citizenship to establish eligibility to vote in federal elections.



4. Combat the "Motor Voter" law, which makes it easy for noncitizens (legal & illegal) to vote.



5. Require the Supreme Court to require state officials to verify citizenship.



6. Stop the 10% to 27% of non-citizens who are ILLEGALLY registered to vote in the US.



7. Require states to review existing federal voter registration files and remove all non-citizens.



We need to ensure that our elections are fair, lawful, and free of foreign influence. Congress must pass the SAVE Act.



And though it was blocked by the Senate, the SAVE Act can still be saved in September if Congress attaches it to the next Continuing Resolution spending bill.



The SAVE Act has faced FIERCE OPPOSITION. _ **But I'm NOT giving up.** _
