WHAT WE KNOW: National Republicans reached a million dollars in spending smearing Haley’s record, and now a self-funder has entered the race against Haley.
WHAT WE NEED: The resources to fight back and get Haley’s message ahead of right-wing super PACs and national Republicans’ smear campaigns.
