With Wisconsin still under Safer at Home orders, our campaign needs your help to make sure we collect enough signatures to get Congressman Grothman on the ballot.

If you haven’t already, will you please take a moment to print and sign our petition?

Here are 6 easy steps to guide you through the process:

1. Confirm you live in Wisconsin’s 6th congressional district by visiting house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative
    
2. Download and print our nomination form by clicking here
    
3. Sign the electors portion and collect additional signatures if you can do so safely
    
4. Complete the Certification of Circulator information on the bottom of form
    
5. Mail them back to our team at:

6. Contact your friends and family who live in the sixth congressional district and encourage them to do the same
