Day of Tribute:
Help people with lung
disease breathe easier.
John, let’s try something:
Breathe in.
Now breathe out.
It should be easy, right? Unfortunately, for one in ten people across the country living with a chronic lung disease, breathing easy is a battle they must fight over and over again.
Everyone deserves healthy lungs. Right now, there are 35 million people living with a chronic lung disease in the U.S. — that’s 35 million reasons for you to make a generous gift this Day of Tribute.
Together we can support innovative lung health research and advocate for solutions to create a future in which everyone can breathe easier.

Behind every gift
is a story of bravery:

“My mom passed due to complications from lung cancer and treatment on November 2, 2018. There was no one braver than my mom who put on a brave face. I am on a mission to find better treatment for lung cancer and dispel the myth that this is a smoker’s cancer.”
“On May 7, 2004, I received a call from my sister. She had Stage 4 lung cancer, and the prognosis wasn't good. It was like going into battle. A battle that she and too many others were fighting. I made a promise to her… to do whatever I could to prevent others from suffering the way she did.”

“In March of 2012 my sister was diagnosed with stage 4. No one can imagine the physical and emotional pain that comes with this disease. The true heroes are the brave people who are fighting or have fought this battle. My prayer is that we can help raise funds for research, awareness and possibly, one day a cure.”
Lung disease is a battle that
we can win... but not without you.
