Dear Patriot,
The fight to protect the integrity of Arizona’s elections continues, and we need your help.
The AZGOP, alongside the RNC and the Yavapai County Republican Party, filed an appeal against the Arizona Secretary of State’s 2023 Elections Procedures Manual (EPM).
This manual, hastily implemented without proper public input, threatens to undermine the transparency and fairness of our elections.

Our lawsuit challenges several aspects of the EPM, particularly the rushed process by which it was implemented and specific rules that conflict with Arizona law.
Despite our efforts to expedite this case to ensure that Arizona’s 2024 general election is conducted fairly, the Secretary of State and his allies are opposing us at every turn.
We need your support to continue this crucial fight.
Your donation will help us ensure that every Arizonan’s vote is counted fairly and accurately. Together, we can hold those in power accountable and protect our electoral process.
Help us protect the vote — protect YOUR vote.

Thank you for standing with us in this critical moment. I know it’s not easy to give in this economy (thanks to Kamalanomics), so we are grateful.
Together in the fight,

Chair, Arizona Republican Party
