Hey, it’s Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis!

Earlier this week, I walked on stage at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago and I made one thing clear: We must continue to build bridges for America’s future generations.

If you’re with me, can you split a donation between the DLGA and my campaign to ensure we continue to lead America into the future?

My father was a union bus driver in Pittsburgh. I remember when he’d come home from work and tell me about how terrible the roads and bridges were in our community.

Decades later, President Biden and Vice President Harris brought Democrats and Republicans together to pass a historic investment in our country’s infrastructure. Now, Pennsylvania has fixed bridges all across our state — including in Pittsburgh, the City of Bridges.

There’s no doubt building (physical) bridges has been critical to my state and many others across the country. But it’s also a perfect metaphor for the kind of future I’m fighting for. Because friend, when I think about the future, I think of my daughter Harper. A future where young girls like her can have the right to choose. A future where America’s children can live free of gun violence.

Extremists are trying to do whatever they can to do anything BUT build bridges for our future generations. We must come together this November for changemakers like Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and the DLGA because our children are depending on us!
