We can do this together

Advocate,

No one should have to choose between protecting their health and their right to vote.

And yet, the April 7 primaries in Wisconsin saw confusion, chaos, and uncertainty for voters -- all amid a global health emergency.

NOW is the time to take action. States must move to make our elections more secure, more efficient, and more accessible to all eligible voters, while protecting public health and safety. They must give voters a clear range of options in November so that no one is disenfranchised.

Tune in to Turn Up Tuesday -- our weekly Facebook web series about turning up to vote and protecting our democracy. [link removed]

This week, we will discuss barriers to the ballot box unique to Native Americans, especially those who live on tribal lands. We will also discuss the impact of COVID-19 on Native American communities and policy solutions to ensure that voters have safe, accessible options to cast their ballot either by mail or in person.

You'll hear from leaders, experts, and influencers about how lawmakers should best ensure safe and accessible elections in Native American communities -- plus how you can get involved in the fight. And if you need information on polling updates and election protection, we've got you covered.

We won't be silenced during this critical election year. Tune in today at 5:30PM EST and speak up for voting rights.
