I believe those who engage in such acts should face severe consequences. Burning the flag is a cowardly attempt to sow division and disrespect the sacrifices of our veterans and service members.
It's time for our laws to reflect the gravity of this offense and ensure that those who desecrate the flag are held accountable. We must protect the dignity of our national symbols and uphold the values that make America great.
