We are excited to announce that we have an opportunity for you to host an attorney in your classroom this fall during the weeks surrounding Constitution Day (September 9-20). This opportunity is being offered in partnership with the Federalist Society.

The opportunity will be limited to the first 300 educators who sign-up.

If you are interested in being paired with an attorney volunteer, please fill out this questionnaire. 

Participating Federalist Society members have been provided with Bill of Rights Institute curricular resources and training and are available to participate in a live or virtual classroom experience. The actual time and experience will be yours to craft in partnership with the member or attorney you are paired with. 

Attorneys will be prepared to present on the following BRI Resources:
1.    The Declaration of Independence
2.   “A Glorious Liberty Document”: The U.S. Constitution & Its Principles
3.    The Creation of the Bill of Rights
4.    State and Local Government
5.    Separation of Powers with Checks and Balances
6.    Tinker v. Des Moines
7.    Free Speech
8.    Brown v. Board of Education

The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies is a group of conservatives and libertarians interested in the current state of the legal order. It is founded on the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province and duty of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be.
