Every election year that rolls around politicians up and down the ballot start making promises—many of them empty—to court Black folks’ votes.
It’s especially bad when it’s a presidential election year, and it’s because politicians know exactly what we do: they NEED our vote. But empty promises aren’t enough to get it. In our humble opinion, politicians need to earn our votes.
That means addressing real issues that Black people care about. If you feel the same, take a moment and submit your question for the presidential candidates here.

We are doing everything in our power to hold the presidential candidates accountable to our community, but we can’t do this without you. Your voice is critical to our collective movement.
That’s why it’s important that we hear from as many supporters as possible. This is your time to make sure the presidential candidates hear YOUR voice.
What is important to us MUST be important to them too. We will take the most popular questions and make videos, host forums, and ensure that every presidential candidate (yes, Kamala Harris included!) and political party hears the demands of our movement.
