For survivors of child trafficking, school can feel pretty tough. When predators are grooming children, they often make them feel like an adult saying things like “You’re so mature for your age.” In their victimization, youth experience things that many of their peers and teachers won’t be able to understand. They’re often conditioned to feel older than they are.
After all they’ve been through, being back in a space full of kids their age can feel uncomfortable, and frustrating, even if it’s good for them. This sucks, and it’s not their fault. But you can be there to help.

Your ongoing support means we can listen to these kids’ needs, advocate for them, and find ways to keep them motivated in school. We’re there to cheer them on and celebrate their victories—big and small.
When you give monthly, it can provide youth with the supplies they need, get clothes that fit and feel good, pay for incentives (i.e. rewards and treats), and give youth what they need to go back to school with a sense of hope.
To support survivors as they move into the next season, we’re aiming to see our recurring donations grow by $2500 a month. Can you step in right now and provide a part of that? Anything you can pledge monthly will get us closer to this goal.
Thanks John. In this crucial time of the year, you’re making a real difference.
