The Democratic National Convention is underway in Chicago this week, with powerful speeches being given inside and outside the convention center. Of the speeches given thus far, Reverend Raphael Warnock’s message about the “Big Lie” of January 6 held a particularly important gem:
“...Behind the big lie was an even bigger lie. It is the lie that this increasingly diverse American electorate does not get to determine the future of the country.”
We will not let that lie manifest.
Women’s March believes in the power of the people to bring about a feminist future, and that it is our duty to build and activate that power.
Take action TODAY to help us build the electorate that will bring about a future for all of us.
From now until election day, we will be activating Marchers across the country to take action in your own communities, block by block, to get our folks out to vote. Each action and each conversation moves us further and further from the MAGA dream of keeping us out and building the dystopian future of their dreams.
