TDI adopts amendments for TWIA umpire and mediator roster application forms

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has adopted amendments to 28 TAC §5.4215 and §5.4233 that update the information required on the TWIA umpire and mediator roster application forms. The changes implement Senate Bill 510, which created new categories of confidential information for state agencies.
