James — AOC gave a rousing speech last night at the DNC to rounds of applause and chants of “AOC. AOC.”

AOC made the case that we all need to help defeat Trump in November and elect Kamala Harris. But polls are tight in battleground states, and the only way we’ll win is by turning out progressive voters. AOC didn’t pull any punches, calling Trump a two bit union buster. She spoke directly to the right-wing MAGA former president, saying, “The truth is, Don, you cannot love this country, if you only fight for the wealthy and big business.”

Shawn Fain, President of the United Auto Workers, also spoke and called out Trump for being an anti-union scab. And Bernie will be speaking tonight!

There’s a tremendous amount of energy around the Harris-Walz campaign right now, but this is still a coin toss election. Trump will try everything he can to get back in the White House and become a Day 1 Dictator with the help of the right-wing Supreme Court. We cannot rely on this energy alone, we have to do the work every day between now and November.
