John,
I know that there is a lot going on in the world, so I wanted to follow up to make sure you saw our invitation. I hope that you can join us for an online rally and town hall on #DecisionDay.
These events are an opportunity to come together as a community when the Supreme Court hands down their decisions on three consequential cases that will impact the lives of LGBTQ workers across our country.
If you sign up for these free events, our team will alert you as soon as we have word that the Court has made its decisions.

John,
In the midst of our ongoing response to the COVID-19 crisis, I wanted to make you aware of potential developments at the Supreme Court. Any day now, the Supreme Court of the United States will issue opinions related to employment protections for LGBTQ people.
We could see decisions in these cases as soon as Monday, and I invite you to be a part of this historic day. NCTE is partnering with nearly 100 other organizations to come together virtually on #DecisionDay for a rally and town hall.
The online rally will be a chance for us to gather as a community to support each other. The online town hall will feature experts providing analysis of the opinions, how it will impact our lives, and what still needs to be done.
RSVP now to join us for our #DecisionDay rally and town hall.
The Supreme Court has until the end of June to release these opinions, so please RSVP today to receive your alert for breaking news on these events.
The result of these cases could have a major impact on the lives of millions of LGBTQ workers in our country. The Supreme Court will be making history by either affirming non-discrimination protections for LGBTQ people, or by permitting employers to legally discriminate based on gender identity and sexual orientation in hiring and firing.
Sign up to be part of this momentous day.
Sincerely,
Rodrigo Heng-Lehtinen Deputy Executive Director for Policy & Action NCTE
