Ocasio-Cortez’s primetime speech at the Democratic National Convention in
Chicago last night shows there is a new generation of diverse,
progressive, working-class leadership in Congress that is transforming the
Democratic Party from the bottom up.

AOC’s presence is a sign of progress for working-class people everywhere,
but there is a lot more work to do if we want a just foreign policy and an
end to the genocide in Gaza, Medicare for All, and a Green New Deal.

Justice Democrats helped elect her in 2018, and we’re continuing to build
the next generation of young, Black and brown, working-class leaders in
Congress.
