He didn’t get to speak until hours after his usual bedtime and out of prime time. Biden’s remarks concluded well past midnight. There are only two explanations for that. One possibility is that Democrats didn’t want the country to be reminded of the last three and a half years, and they wanted as few people as possible to see his speech. This “slight” did not go unnoticed. Several pundits and reporters noted that Biden was “booted” out of prime time and suggested that it was a deliberate effort to “diminish Biden’s visibility.” Others compared his address to a “humiliation ritual” and being forced to “give his own eulogy.” The eulogy comparison is fitting since this is the party that believes in euthanasia. Last night, they politically euthanized Joe Biden. The other explanation is that these people can’t run a simple convention. It’s the same bureaucratic incompetence that leads them to spend $7.5 billion for just eight electric vehicle chargers. All they had to do was manage the convention in a reasonable way. But on the very first day, it was clear they couldn’t even do that. They also approved a platform that promotes Biden’s reelection. Regardless, I’m not shedding any tears for Joe Biden. For the last three and a half years, he has done everything he could to “transform” America into a neo-Marxist state. He’s A Terrible Man No, Joe Biden is not a nice man. In his speech last night, Biden repeated yet again the Charlottesville hoax, claiming that Donald Trump praised neo-Nazis and white supremacists, even though the absurd charge has been repeatedly debunked. But that’s not surprising coming from a man whose entire career was built on lies. It’s worth reminding ourselves that Biden spread this disgusting lie with one purpose in mind: to make millions of minority Americans believe there is a massive white supremacy movement in America that is out to get them and that Donald Trump is the leader of those forces of hate. Joe Biden is taking the greatest wound in America’s history and refusing to let it heal. He rips the scab off that wound every chance he gets in order to inflame racial tensions. And he does this just weeks after an assassination attempt nearly killed Donald Trump. Biden and the neo-Marxist left want racial tension to always be at a boiling point. Why? Because they can’t finish their power grab unless they can convince millions of minority Americans that the far-left is the only thing standing between them and a hanging noose. This lie that Biden keeps repeating is the number one lie that Russia’s Putin, China’s Xi, and Iran’s mullahs constantly employ in their propaganda to attack America. So, leftists are using the lies of our enemies right here inside the United States to divide us. That wasn’t the only lie Biden told last night. He also repeated the lies that Trump called our war heroes “suckers” and that he promised a “bloodbath” if he lost the election. He must know that those lies have been repeatedly debunked. The pattern is clear: “Trump’s a racist,” “He’s against the military,” and “He’s a threat to democracy.” This isn’t just the ramblings of an old man. This is a deliberate strategy known as the “Big Lie,” which the Nazis perfected in their propaganda in the 1930s. Just repeat a lie over and over and over until people believe it. That’s what Biden is doing. Putting America Last The co-chair of the Democrat National Convention is Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan. She believes Mount Rushmore is a monument to racism and genocide. The overwhelming majority of the American people disagree. Here’s another example of the left’s deep hatred for America. The party platform released in Chicago begins with a so-called “land acknowledgement,” which is really an apology for our existence. They hate everything that happened in America before them. As we have said many times, you don’t “fundamentally transform” something you love. The left is saying, “We’re defending democracy! But, we’re going to transform the country.” Anti-Americanism has become a defining issue for the left. The powerful left-wing teachers’ unions are teaching your children to hate America. Every Founding Father is described as “racist” and “evil.” This hatred of America used to be confined to the faculty lounges of left-wing universities. But not anymore. The neo-Marxist left is pushing it everywhere. Biden vs. Bibi Joe Biden also used the opportunity of his final political speech to throw our ally Israel under the bus. Referring to the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas demonstrations in the streets of Chicago, Biden said, “Those protesters out in the street, they have a point. A lot of innocent people are being killed on both sides.” There is no moral equivalency between the actions of the Israeli government and the terrorists of Hamas. The only “point” the protesters in the streets of Chicago are making is that they are a bunch of radical antisemitic Islamists. Just to be clear, the flag of the terrorist organization Hamas was flying in the streets of Chicago yesterday. And Joe Biden praised the terrorist sympathizers. Many progressives justify their anti-Israel animus by directing it at Benjamin Netanyahu. “I’m not anti-Israel,” they say. “I just oppose the policies of the conservative Israeli government.” That’s little solace to millions of Israeli voters who are surrounded by jihadists. But these same people making numerous demands of Israel rarely, if ever, call on Hamas to lay down their weapons, stop hiding behind civilians, and disavow terrorism. They never call out the vast majority of Palestinians who support Hamas. 2024 Update Before Joe Biden was dumped by his party, polling showed Donald Trump leading the 2024 race by a few points. When you looked deeper into those polls, one reason for Trump’s lead was because minority and young voters had very little enthusiasm for Biden. After liberal elites executed their soft coup against Biden, the polls tightened up because many of those minority and younger voters went back to being all in with their party. That puts us back to where we always were – roughly 43% of the country is with the left, roughly 43% of the country is with the right, and the remaining percentage is made up of independents, who are not to be confused with moderates. That is a huge misunderstanding prevalent in the GOP consulting class. “If only we can nominate Nikki Haley, we can get those moderates in the middle.” Republicans tried nominating moderates like Mitt Romney and John McCain, and it didn’t work. This election is going to be a battle to the finish in a deeply divided country. It is critical that the American people have confidence in our elections. And that is not a concern isolated to fringes of society -- 62% of Americans are concerned about election cheating. We must do everything possible to stop the cheating. We must do everything possible to get every last legal voter to vote. And we must ensure every legal vote is accurately counted. With that in mind, consider this development: The Biden Justice Department just filed an emergency brief asking the Supreme Court to prevent the enforcement of an Arizona law that requires proof of citizenship when someone registers to vote. Twenty-four state attorneys general are urging the justices to uphold the citizenship requirement. I hope and pray the Supreme Court will act in time for the election. But there it is, folks, right in front of our faces. Why would anyone oppose a law meant to ensure that only citizens are voting in our elections? It’s the same reason leftists oppose voter ID laws.
