Hello Democrats! We're excited to share with you our second daily update from Chicago.
Last night, our incredible President Joe Biden gave one of the most beautiful speeches of his career, telling Americans in the arena and all across the country how much he loves this country and how proud he is that he gave his best to all of us for his entire career. There was no one better to make the case for Kamala Harris, and it was amazing. He spoke about their partnership and what she's grown to mean to him, and how powerful her presidency will be. The energy and love in the room was palpable.
We also heard from Secretary Hillary Clinton, the first ever female nominee of a major political party, who told us that there are cracks in that glass ceiling now, and that on the other side of that ceiling is Kamala Harris, ready to serve as our first woman President, and show the world that when Black women step up to lead, we all benefit.
VP Harris surprised us ahead of her keynote address on Thursday! It was so thrilling to see her and to be able to give back to her the energy that she's been giving to this campaign.

This image of VP Harris was taken by delegate Tan Pham! A joyful MA delegation! We ❤️ Joe!
This morning, at our delegation breakfast, we heard from former MA Governor Deval Patrick, ME Senate President Troy Jackson, ME Speaker of the House Rachel Talbot Ross, IAM International President Brian Bryant.
