‌John, last night, I had the honor of speaking at the DNC. Standing on that stage, I saw the very best of our nation: dedicated people of all ages and walks of life, ready to secure a better future for us all.

Now and always, I am deeply grateful for the exemplary leadership Joe Biden has shown this country – as senator, vice president, and president of our great nation. I know there is so much more Joe will do in the remaining months of his presidency, and I applaud his dedication to service and country over self.

As I said last night, I am excited to be fully behind Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. They are the exact type of leaders our country needs. We saw it yesterday John — our party is fired up to elect them and continue building on the progress of the Biden-Harris administration.

I have hope. The crowd I saw last night gave me hope , the strength of our Democratic Party gives me hope , and every single person on this grassroots team gives me hope .
