Dear John,

On Sunday, I rallied with hundreds of Minnesotans in Loring Park ahead of the Democratic National Convention. It was one of 89 demonstrations across 36 states (see photos) with one clear message: not another bomb. Thanks to all of you who joined us or found another way to act with us.

๐ŸŒบ Our movement for peace is gaining momentum.

On Monday, the DNC held an official DNC Panel for Palestinian Human Rights โ€“ the first in Democratic Party History โ€“ that included perspectives from people directly impacted by the violence in Gaza, leadership from the Uncommitted Movement, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, and others.

The panel was united on the policy change we need: an arms embargo to Israel. To defeat Trump and save lives, itโ€™s time Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and the Democratic Party align with the overwhelming majority of Democratic voters who agree.

This week, the 30 Uncommitted delegates representing more than 730,000 Uncommitted voters in Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin will continue to amplify our message at the DNC.

This is democracy in action.

In solidarity,

Walter Fromm (he/him)
