Here are two things I suspect are true about you:

1) You get more fundraising emails than you wish you did and don’t have time to read them all.

2) Before you donate to any candidate, you’d like to have a good idea of what they stand for.

So I’m going to try to make my case to you as briefly as I can:

If you help me win re-election, here are some of the things I will fight hard to do: restore abortion rights, raise the minimum wage, end corporate price-gouging and tax giveaways, reduce prescription drug costs, and reduce housing costs.

And, if that’s enough, this district is also likely to be one of just a handful that decide control of the House — so we need to win here to accomplish most of what Democrats, including Kamala Harris, plan to get done in the next few years.

We’re up against millions of dollars in opposition spending in this district, and unlike my opponent, I can’t afford to just write myself a giant check to fight back — so I’m counting on you. If you’re with me, I could really use your support today.
