Last week, I attended the Maryland Association of Counties summer conference in Ocean City alongside staff members from the Office of the Comptroller!
This year, I was honored to host the Women of MACo Luncheon, which brought together women leaders from across the state.
Members of my team spoke on panels about cybersecurity and managing new money from sources like cannabis legalization. Our agency also had a booth at the conference, where attendees could learn more about our work.
One of our agency’s strategic goals is to reimagine how our office’s resources and expertise can make a positive impact on Maryland families, communities, and businesses. Conferences like this help us connect with other organizations and leaders to learn more about how we can all work together to better help Marylanders.
