Medicare payment policies also often establish a standard that is then adopted by other payers including commercial payers and Medicaid, impacting the millions of people who rely on those programs.

Health Equity Benchmark Adjustment (HEBA) in the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
The lack of proposed updates to strengthen federal hospital price transparency and comprehensive site neutral payment policies.
Updates to the Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) Program
