John, with a few weeks of summer still left to enjoy, you might have some exciting travel plans. If you live with diabetes, or support someone who does, you’ll know that travelling with diabetes can mean a little extra planning.  

Living with diabetes doesn’t need to be a barrier to enjoying travel and adventure so, to help you out with your holiday planning, we’ve put together some advice on travelling with diabetes. Our tips have covered everything from pre-planning medication and what you’ll need to pack in your hand luggage to managing diabetes in hotter weather and travel insurance.
