NCCI files new edition of Experience Rating Plan Manual for workers' compensation

The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) has filed Item E-1411—NCCI's Experience Rating Plan Manual for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. Item E-1411 proposes a reorganized Texas-specific manual.
