Today, I’m proud to announce the return of our annual Smart Bets Virtual Pitch Competition.
On September 25, ten Atlas Network partners will compete to be our three Smart Bets finalists, each earning a trip to New York City to join us at our Liberty Forum & Freedom Dinner.
There, they will compete on-stage for our grand prize and the chance to be our 2024 Smart Bets Pitch Competition winner.
Atlas Network's Smart Bets program started in 2019, and it awards some of our top-performing partners with financial support, recognition, and exposure to further drive their efforts.
We call it “Smart Bets” because that’s exactly what these organizations are…
They’ve demonstrated great success with modest resources, showing they’re each a sure bet to generate an even greater ROI with additional resources.
Here’s how the competition works.
Each year we select ten organizations to participate in the Smart Bets program. All ten take part in the first round of competition, which is their opportunity to make the case for why their work deserves additional support.
The first round was originally called the U.S. Investors Summit for Liberty, and it was a private, in-person event that took place at the start of our Liberty Forum in New York.
But starting last year, we turned the event into a virtual event, opened attendance to anyone via registration, and we moved the date to earlier in the fall.
We wanted to give all of our supporters the opportunity to see our best up-and-coming partners and vote on which ones deserve a trip to New York for the chance to win up to $100,000 in awards.
