I wanted to provide you with a quick update… I have been offered and I have accepted a speaking role at the Democratic National Convention. 

Although I’m a Republican, accepting the invitation was an easy choice for me.

When we first started Country First in 2021, our mission was crystal clear: Put Country over Party and ensure that Donald Trump never steps foot in the White House again.

I don’t think I need to remind you, but January 6th shook our nation to its core. 

For the first time in our history, a sitting President who lost an election refused to honor the peaceful transfer of power and instead took direct aim at our democracy. 

Some have questioned why I’ve taken the stances I have. Why would I (in their words) turn my back on my party? The answer is simple: because I put Country First.

When I voted to impeach Trump, I put Country First.

When I served on the January 6th Select Committee, I put Country First.

Endorsing democracy and speaking at the DNC is putting Country First.
