Hi folks, I hope you are doing well right now.
April has been an enormously challenging month for our country, but through it, we're seeing the very best of America. We're seeing the soul of this nation.
The frontline workers, first responders, health care workers, the food service and delivery workers, educators, postal workers, and everyone else who is keeping our country moving as safely as possible, well, they make me prouder than ever to be an American. If you happen to see one of these folks today, I hope you'll let them know just how grateful we are for all they do.
And there's one more group I want to thank: all of you. Look, April has been a challenging month for our campaign. It made us rethink how we run the day-to-day of a presidential race. In the heat of an election season, I never thought I'd be filling my days doing interviews and events from my recreation room, taping podcasts, and writing newsletters, but here we are.
And because of all that you did to help us, sharing feedback and donating when you could, you made it enjoyable, too. So I'd like to thank you, maybe even with a personal phone call.
We have got to keep fundraising in these final three days of April. Trust me, I don't enjoy asking for money, especially in this difficult time. But, to make it all the better, I'm going to pick another few folks who chip in before the end of the month to call and personally thank them for their support.
So what do you say, can you chip in $5 today? If you donate now to help us hit our 100,000 donation goal for the end of April, I could be dialing your number soon:

Thanks again for everything. I know that we'll keep standing strong together, and we'll come out on top this year.
Hope we get to chat soon.
