As the Democratic National Convention (DNC) kicks off today, there is a lot of excitement around Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. 

The country is excited to formally nominate a ticket that understands the reality of what everyday life looks like for Americans — and the hard work it takes to bring real solutions to the table. 

The reality is that this week is about more than just supporting Kamala and Tim — it’s a chance for the party to unite and develop the winning strategy to deliver the Senate and the House for Democrats.
