Hi, John!
This is Sharla Tester, Jon’s wife. We’re spending most of our time out in the fields these days. The weather’s hot and the days are long, but it’s all worth it in the end. And when the peas are happy, we’re happy!
I’m excited to wrap up another harvest with Jon—our 47th one together—but that’s not the only thing worth celebrating. Jon’s birthday is on Wednesday!
I’m thankful we’ll get to spend the day together, and I’d love to surprise him with something really special. We have a birthday card just for Jon’s online supporters to sign, plus a section for you to leave a note for Jon if you wish.
Will you take a moment to sign Jon’s surprise birthday card? I know it would make his day to see your name on there.
Jon has told me how incredible this grassroots team has been. That type of support is nothing short of humbling—for me and for him.
But running in the most competitive Senate race in the country is stressful, so I’m hoping we can give him a smile for his birthday:
Please sign Jon’s birthday card, and if you want to take the celebration a step further, please consider chipping in $8.21, for 8/21—Jon’s birthday!
Winning this race won’t be a cakewalk by any means, but with your support, Jon can keep fighting for Montana in the Senate.
Thank you for supporting Jon and helping me surprise him on his birthday!
—Sharla
