Raita is a yogurt sauce that brightens up any dish with light and refreshing herbs. Its recipe is useful for Indian curries and other oil heavy dishes.

Plus, when it comes to you via Real Good Fish, you know that it's going to be the best of the best. Caught by our small scale fishermen in Alaska, we have an abundance of Coho and Sockeye Salmon, always 100% sustainably sourced, and traceable to the boat and the harbour. It also goes without saying that this fish is delicious.
