Hi there, Governor Gretchen Whitmer here. I wanted to reach out personally to tell you exactly what’s on the line this year.

In Vice President Kamala Harris, we have a candidate we can count on to fight everyday to lower prices, protect our rights and build an economy that works for everyone.

Team, Republicans have made it clear where they stand.

Two weeks ago, they officially chose Donald Trump to be their standard bearer. They nominated someone who brags about overturning Roe v. Wade, said women should face “punishment” for having an abortion, and who wants to use the implements of government to go after his enemies and is running on vengeance and grievance as his platform.

And across the country, MAGA extremists like Mark Robinson in North Carolina are following his lead. They’re working to strip away our fundamental rights and prioritize their megadonors over what’s best for working people.

We can’t let them take us backward and ruin the progress we are fighting for. But far-right megadonors are already spending millions on attack ads to target Democrats and destroy our blue firewall. With less than 4 months left until Election Day, we need a huge grassroots investment now to do voter outreach, keep pace with GOP spending, and propel our candidates to victory.
