Tina Peters has been found guilty of 4 felonies and 3 misdemeanors by a jury of her peers and will face the consequences of her actions. Peters willfully compromised her own election equipment trying to prove Trump’s Big Lie. As Secretary of State, I took action to protect our elections from her.  

Last week's verdict sends a clear message: we will not tolerate any effort to threaten the security of our gold standard elections. I am proud that justice has been served for Colorado voters.  

Colorado continues to have great elections, where every eligible voter has access to the polls!
