BJS is hiring two Management and Program Analysts, GS 0343-12/13, to serve in the Planning, Management, and Budget Unit. The incumbents will collaborate with staff regarding planning and strategy communications; oversee the development of corrective actions to address audit and inspection issues; evaluate the organizational structure, statistical business process model, workforce development model, strategic plans, and budget materials for operational efficiency and effectiveness; participate in a variety of special projects to resolve complex issues related to our mission, goals, and funding priorities; and more.
