Independent Women’s Forum is delighted to announce that Dr. Nan Hayworth, former New York Congresswoman, is the latest in our popular series of Champion Women profiles ([link removed]) .

Hayworth has been all over the airwaves since the coronavirus crisis broke. One minute the Cornell Medical College graduate is taking call-in medical questions related to the pandemic, and the next she’s addressing the political ramifications of coronavirus.

She is quickly developing a loyal and enthusiastic fan base, including one President Donald J. Trump, who, after she utterly demolished several media misrepresentations about his response to the coronavirus, tweeted, “Thanks, Nan.”

Hayworth’s conservatism was formed in the crucible of her family. She is the daughter of two remarkable World War II vets. Nan’s English-born mother served in an underground army office during the German bombing of London, before coming to the U.S. in 1948.

We know you will enjoy meeting this tiny dynamo who was once dubbed “the Ivy League tea partier.” You’ll never meet a more true-blue fiscal conservative—or one with a more zestful delivery or spirited commentary.
