FOX NEWS: Elise Calls for Resignation of Potsdam Democrat Town Board Member After She states that killing President Trump would be “akin to putting down a rabid dog”

On Wednesday, Elise called for the resignation of Christine Paige who compared the would be assassination of President Trump as “ akin to putting down a rabid dog” after being shot at. Paige is a Democrat elected member of the Potsdam Town Board. On social media, Paige also claimed that she has not seen any “credible proof” that Trump is a human being. She is refusing to apologize despite the outcry from her constituents and a formal censure from the St. Lawrence County Legislature.

Elise called for Paige’s immediate resignation stating –

“Far Left Democrats supporting political violence and the assassination of President Trump are shameful and do not deserve to represent the great people of the North Country. Potsdam Town Board Member Christine Paige must be condemned by the NY Democrat State Party, and she must resign in disgrace after she said shooting President Trump would be like ‘putting down a rabid dog.’”

The Blue Backs Elise: Elise Earns Endorsements from Two Police Unions

The New York State Law Enforcement Officers Union, Council 82 announced their endorsement for Elise’s re-election bid. Council 82 represents over 3,500 Police Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, County Correction Officers, State Correction Lieutenants, Emergency Dispatchers, and other Public Safety personnel across New York State, including approximately 1,000 members who live and work in the 21st Congressional District.

Elise stated –

"I am proud to have once again earned the endorsement of the New York State Law Enforcement Officers Union, Council 82. Our law enforcement officers, including the brave men and women of Council 82, risk their lives every day to protect our communities. As Far Left Democrats attempt to close correctional facilities in the North Country, prioritize criminals, and defund the police, I will continue to lead in advocating for our law enforcement officers and their families."

Council 82 President Ronald Walsh stated –

“On behalf of over 3,200 Police Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, County Correction Officers, State Correction Lieutenants, Emergency Dispatchers, and other Public Safety personnel across New York State, including about 800 members who live and work in the 21st Congressional District, Council 82 is proud to once again endorse Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election. She has been an incredibly strong advocate for law enforcement, veterans, and military families and no one fights harder for New York's 21st District."

Elise also earned the endorsement of the International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO, which represents more than 100,000 rank and file, active-duty law enforcement professionals.

Elise stated –

"I am honored to once again earn the endorsement of the International Union of Police Associations. The members of the I.U.P.A. know I will always Back the Blue here in the North Country and across America. I’m grateful for the support of the I.U.P.A. and will continue to work with them in my next term in Congress to fight for law enforcement officers against the Far Left Democrats' radical defund the police agenda.”

In a letter sent to Elise, President Sam Cabral stated –

"Your time in Congress has shown your commitment to the public's safety and to the men and women who provide it, including your steadfast support of the Back the Blue Act, the Protect and Serve Act, and the POLICE Act of 2023. You have opposed bail reform and other measures that have led to increases of violent crimes in our communities.
We look forward to working with you and your staff to see this campaign result in victory for you and for the people of this great nation."

COLUMBIA PRESIDENT RESIGNS IN DISGRACE: Three Down – So Many to Go

On Wednesday, disgraced Columbia University President Minouche Shafik resigned after allowing antisemitism to spread on campus and capitulating to the radical pro-Hamas mob.

Elise stated on X –

“THREE DOWN, so many to go.

As I have said consistently since her catastrophic testimony at the Education and Workforce Committee hearing, Columbia University’s President Minouche Shafik’s failed presidency was untenable and it was only a matter of time before her forced resignation. After failing to protect Jewish students and negotiating with pro Hamas terrorists, this forced resignation is long overdue. We will continue to demand moral clarity, condemnation of antisemitism, protection of Jewish students and faculty, and stronger leadership from American higher education institutions.”

Elise Remembers Service Members Killed In Afghanistan Withdrawal 3 Years Later

Thursday marked three years since the Biden-Harris Administration's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, which cost the lives of 13 American service members. Elise had the opportunity to sit down with many of these Gold Star families in Milwaukee before they addressed the Republican National Convention.

Elise stated on X –

"Today marks three years since the Biden-Harris Administration's colossal failure in the withdrawal from Afghanistan. Americans must never forget the 13 service members who lost their lives and the Gold Star families they left behind in this completely preventable tragedy. We honor their lives and their sacrifices and we must continue to demand answers, transparency, and accountability.

Kamala Harris was the last person in the room with Joe Biden when he made the disastrous decision to withdraw from Afghanistan. Kamala Harris owns this catastrophic withdrawal and proves just how incompetent, incapable, and dangerous she would be as our nation's Commander-in-chief.

As the Representative for Fort Drum and the 10th Mountain Division in Congress, I will continue to hold Joe Biden and Kamala Harris accountable for this failure. I have demanded the Biden-Harris Administration declassify documents pertaining to the catastrophic withdrawal because the American people, especially our Gold Star Families, deserve the truth. The cost of Biden and Harris' failed and reckless leadership is beyond measurable, leading to lives lost and our adversaries being emboldened due to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' weakness and inability to lead.

Today we honor and never forget those 13 brave service members and their Gold Star families. We must continue to deliver accountability."

Elise Blasts Harris-Walz – ‘The Most Radical Anti-Semitic Ticket’

On Monday, Elise called out Tim Walz for his disturbing ties to antisemite and National Students for Justice in Palestine founder Hatem Bazian.

Elise stated –

“Tim Walz condones and props up antisemites like the most dangerous professor in America, Hatem Bazian. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz is the most radical antisemitic ticket in history.”

ENDORSEMENT ALERT: Elise Endorses Abe Hamadeh for AZ-08

Last Friday, Elise endorsed America First GOP candidate Abe Hamadeh to represent Arizona’s 8th Congressional District. Hamadeh is a former U.S. Army Reserve Captain and Intelligence Officer who now works as a prosecutor for Maricopa County.

Elise stated –

“Abe Hamadeh is a true patriot who embodies the values and principles that make our country great. His service as a veteran and his unwavering commitment to defending our freedoms make him the strong conservative leader Arizona needs in Congress. Abe will fight to secure our borders, protect our Second Amendment rights, and hold the Biden Harris administration accountable. I’m proud to endorse Abe Hamadeh for Congress.”

Elise Pays Tribute to Upstate Media Personality Melody Burns

On Monday, it was reported that Melody Burns passed away following a prolonged battle with cancer. Burns became a conservative icon in Upstate New York as a host on Talk 1300 radio turned grassroots organizer. She was a passionate advocate for our veteran community and dedicated countless hours of her time coordinating benefits and drives. Melody was also renowned for her support of the Constitution and our law enforcement officers.

Elise stated –

“This is very sad news. Melody Burns was a highly respected Upstate NYer who was a tireless advocate for protecting our Constitution and honoring our incredible veterans. My first ever public event as a candidate for Congress was a rally led by Melody in Plattsburgh. She was so kind to invite me. Melody touched countless lives - our prayers go out to her family, friends, and devoted listeners.”
