From the way Josh Hawley is running from having a televised debate with Lucas, he must think he’s in Paris and not Missouri.

Just moments after Lucas won the official Democratic nomination in Missouri’s U.S. Senate race, he challenged Hawley to a series of five televised debates — with one even on Fox News. Hawley refused.
Maybe he’s afraid of Lucas’ unifying message, or his own abysmal record when it comes to actually delivering for Missouri in the Senate. Maybe he knows that he’s the most vulnerable GOP Senator up for re-election this November. Or maybe he really believes the Olympics are still going on, and his sprint out of the Capitol on January 6th was enough to qualify for the 100-meter dash.
