Last Thursday, Donald Trump made the bizarre assertion that the crowd at his January 6, 2021 rally was larger than the quarter-million people who attended Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech.
On Sunday, he claimed that the huge crowd at Kamala Harris’s Detroit-area rally was faked by AI.
Then on Monday, Donald Trump spent two hours rambling incoherently in an interview with Elon Musk.
It’s clear to anyone paying attention that Donald Trump is losing his tenuous grip on reality. Yet the media is not covering it — despite spending months endlessly fixating on Joe Biden’s age and mental fitness.
It’s frankly outrageous. Trump is still running almost head-to-head with Harris in the polls, and these blatant media double-standards could very well help him become America’s next president.
But we don’t have to just sit back and let it happen. The mainstream media’s double standards are nothing new when it comes to Donald Trump.
Remember Hillary Clinton’s emails? Donald Trump is the most corrupt individual ever to run for President of the United States, and yet the mainstream media spent the 2016 election obsessing over total nonsense.
Here’s another example: Last week, The Washington Post reported evidence that Donald Trump may have taken a $10 million bribe from the president of Egypt in 2017 — a story that almost completely disappeared from the media the day after it was published.
Can you imagine what the media response would have been if Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, or Kamala Harris had been caught taking a bribe from a foreign leader? Voters would have heard about little else from now until Election Day. But with Trump, they just treat it like another minor story to be mentioned once and then forgotten.
Instead, the political press is too busy slamming Kamala Harris for allegedly not doing enough sit-down interviews to bother mentioning Donald Trump’s $10 million bribe or obvious mental decline.
