Problems surrounding the integrity of our country’s elections have rightfully come to the forefront, driven by growing concerns over issues such as voter fraud, cybersecurity threats, and burdensome administrative challenges.
As a result, many Americans have lost confidence in the integrity of our elections, underscoring the urgent need for robust measures to protect the electoral process. I released my Make Voting Great Again Plan to highlight the Election Integrity Caucus’ commitment to enhancing the security, transparency, and efficiency of elections in the United States. Recently, the Election Integrity Caucus has been working tirelessly to introduce legislation like the End Zuckerbucks Act, which prohibits partisan, private funding of our elections, and the Promoting Free and Fair Elections Act, which bans Biden’s federal agencies from engaging in partisan voter operations at taxpayer expense.
Let’s Make Voting Great Again and restore faith and transparency in our electoral process.

Defending our Second Amendment Rights
The Second Amendment is a constitutional right for all Americans, and as a Constitutional Conservative, one of my top priorities is to preserve and uphold this sacred right. The Biden and Hochul administrations continue imposing unnecessary regulations that seek only to criminalize legal gun-owning citizens instead of keeping our communities safe. This week, I released my Second Amendment Plan to highlight my efforts to safeguard our Second Amendment Rights for generations to come. I will always fight against any efforts to infringe on the rights of all law-abiding gun owners.

Unleashing American Energy Production
On day one of the Biden-Harris administration, the President issued an executive order canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and ordered a moratorium on energy production on federal lands and waters. This destroyed the oil and gas industry. Not only was this costly for American consumers, but it forced our country to increase energy imports from adversaries.
Our state has experienced firsthand the consequences of banning safe and clean oil production. When Governor Cuomo halted the construction of numerous interstate gas pipelines and tragically closed the Indian Point nuclear plant, New York City's reliance on natural gas increased by 25%. New York continues to consume vast amounts of natural gas, but now we must import it, often at higher cost and from countries with problematic environmental practices.
This week, I released my Energy and Environment plan, reiterating my commitment to advancing American energy independence while safeguarding our environment, especially preserving the natural beauty of New York's 24th Congressional District. We must continue to find realistic energy alternatives that lower energy prices, support our natural gas industry, and protect our environment.

As your representative in Congress, my top priority is championing legislative initiatives that benefit you and your families. Each week, I review numerous bills and letters, engaging in thorough discussions with members of our community to determine which actions to support and address your needs. Below is a bill I recently cosponsored.
H.R. 9227 - the Porch Pirates Act. This bill would make the theft of packages and mail from private and commercial carriers, such as FedEx and UPS, subject to the same penalties for theft of USPS mail. As more and more Americans are victims of porch piracy, Congress must do more to protect people’s mail!

| Continuing to Support our NY-24 Volunteer Fire Departments | | Volunteer firefighters are the backbone of our community, and they need the proper resources to carry out their duties safely and effectively. This week, I joined New York State Senator Pamela Helming, Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan, and numerous volunteer firefighters from Ontario County to advocate against the mandatory facility upgrades and training requirements that would replace the current Fire Brigade Standard. These changes would impose significant financial and operational strains on volunteer fire departments across New York, threatening their ability to continue providing essential services to their communities. It is critical that the specific needs of rural and local fire departments are considered when new regulations are introduced, particularly when those regulations could threaten our emergency services. I remain committed to standing with the volunteer firefighters of NY-24 in urging OSHA to reconsider these burdensome rules, to allow our courageous firefighters to continue serving our communities. | Attending the Niagara County Farm City Breakfast |
It was an honor to attend the Niagara County Farm City Breakfast, where we visited with local legislators, town supervisors, and participants to discuss better ways to continue our combined efforts to support agriculture in NY-24.
It was inspiring to visit with FFA, 4H members and young farmers and view their impressive work. I remain dedicated to supporting the outstanding farmers in our community!
