Since the launch the Training Pool a couple of months ago, we now have 2 trainings that have met the threshold and are in the process of being scheduled! These are our Introduction to Ancestral Wisdom Training and Introduction to the Movement Breakthrough.

Additionally, we have 3 more that are about to meet the threshold to be scheduled: Introduction to Movement Cycles, Introduction to Alternative Cultures and Institutions, and Introduction to Seasons of Leadership. However, just because these trainings have met the threshold, doesn't mean you can't still sign up. There is still time for you to register for these trainings or any other one you might be interested in.

As a reminder, here's how the Training Pool works:

1) Sing up by filling out a form to mark which trainings you are interested in attending - we have a series of workshops which are marked in orange that last about 3 hours long and help introduce to you a topic - and we have cohorts which are deeper dive into certain concepts.

2) Provide us with some basic contact information - let us know if you have any preferences in taking the workshop or cohort - be it in person in our Boston-based Movement Training Center, online, spread out over several weeks, or in a condensed two-day format.

3) Within six months, once enough sign-ups come in, we will start the process of calendaring the training, where a member of the Ayni team will reach out to you for a quick phone call and start scheduling a training that works for the majority people that have signed up - don't worry if the time doesn't work for you - we'll find alternatives that can meet your needs.

The Training Pool seeks to fundamentally change how we schedule trainings so that everyone who wants to take part in a training is able to, despite the constraints of our schedules.

We hope that these new training offerings will help meet the pressing needs you and your organizations might be facing and that this tool can help us train more leaders for the level of change we need in our world.
