Maricopa County is the biggest swing county in our country and election deniers there are winning their primaries, bringing them one step closer to holding public office and destroying our democracy. Far-right candidates in Maricopa County and beyond have been spreading Trumpian lies about our elections since 2020, claiming that voting machines are easily rigged and even delaying the certification of election results. They’re supported by far right extremists who tried to overturn the results of the presidential election on Jan. 6, 2021.

Extremists like these could spell a lot of trouble for the future for our democracy, John. And with so much on the line this November, we can’t afford to let election deniers get away with it.
