Right now, we’re genuinely the underdogs. According to the most recently released public poll, this race is tied. That’s why I had the honor of welcoming the President to Montana Friday evening. He’s all-in for Montana, and we’re all-in for him.

First, I want to thank everyone who donated to my campaign before President Trump’s visit on Friday. Over the week, we hit our goal of raising $50,000 ahead of my sit-down with President Trump and NRSC Chairman Steve Daines.

Hitting goals this close to Election Day is critical, but hitting this goal was more important than most because President Trump spent his valuable time attending a campaign event for me in a state he’s sure to win when he could have been campaigning elsewhere. President Trump showed up for me on Friday evening because he knows how important my race is.

When Trump wins the White House, not having a Republican Senate majority will hamstring his efforts. My opponent and his allies know this, which is why they’re spending $120 million to turn out their supporters and tear me down.
