This is critical, friend: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is in dire need of emergency funding.

Due to the economic impact of the coronavirus, the USPS projects volume to be down 50% by June – and they're at risk of running out of money entirely by September.

Now more than ever, we need a fully operational postal service. With so many Americans staying at home, the USPS is key in ensuring we have access to prescription drugs, receive wages and Social Security benefits, and stay in touch with loved ones.

But without swift, bold action, the USPS could crumble – which would mean job losses and wage cuts for postal workers in New Hampshire and across the country, as well as reduced service to rural areas.

That’s why I’m asking, friend: Will you add your name to our petition demanding Donald Trump protect the USPS? We’re looking for 3,000 signatures by midnight tonight.

As the coronavirus continues to impact every element of society, we must work together to protect one of our nation’s most important institutions.

If enough of us raise our voices right now, we can save the USPS before it’s too late. Click here to add your name to our petition today.

Thanks for speaking out,
Jeanne
