In Texas, we believe in freedom – and that's not freedom.

As a direct result of the unconscionable Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe, Texas has some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country.

Women are being denied emergency health care they need, forced to cross state lines for lifesaving care, and facing persecution for something that, frankly, is none of the government's business.

And what's Ted Cruz doing? He introduced legislation to ban abortion nationwide and called the Dobbs decision "a massive victory."

But it doesn't have to be this way. My race against Ted is statistically tied, and with your help, we can retire one of the most anti-freedom Republicans in the country. We can make sure Democrats defend the Senate majority and fight to defend abortion access nationwide.
