The State Loan & Investment Board (SLIB)'s regular Mineral Royalty Grants (MRG) are available to assist in providing an essential public service or to comply with federal or state mandates.
Eligible Applicants: Incorporated cities and towns, counties, special districts, and joint powers boards.
Examples: Emergency Vehicles & Equipment; Sewer & Water Main Projects; and Infrastructure Projects
